See what the web, desktop, phone, tablet and capture extension currently offer.
The web app is the complete, currently available Distari workspace. It includes the library, reader, Threads, Writing, Discover, project settings, members and credits. Use it at distari.com.
Desktop beta
The native desktop app is built for macOS, Windows and Linux and covers the full research workspace, with native capture, watched-folder import, notifications and offline papers. Release builds and host checks are still in validation. Plain writings open read-only on desktop; edit them in the browser. Purchases, account security and the billing portal also stay in the browser.
Phone and tablet beta
The iOS, iPadOS and Android app focuses on reading and marking up papers, Ask, Notes, Discover, Progress, People and credits. It can keep chosen papers for offline use and sync queued changes when connected again. Writing, the citation graph, comparisons, analytics and project settings stay on the web or desktop. Share-sheet capture, push delivery and physical stylus behaviour are still in release validation.
Browser capture extension
The Chrome and Firefox extension can identify a paper from a page and save it to a project. Its live publisher and paywall behaviour is still in validation, and it is not yet published in browser stores. Use the web app’s Add paper flow today.
